Gingr treats migration as an onboarding programme. KennelBooker often asks you to email the CSV. Petuler's Switch wizard lives in your dashboard after signup — map columns, review, commit.

What Switch imports

  • Clients, including emergency and pickup contacts

  • Cash memberships
  • Stay history for the last 12 months
  • Upcoming boarding for the next 90 days

What it does not

  • We do not log into Gingr, PetExec, or KennelBooker for you
  • We do not import years of payment history
  • We do not move two-way SMS threads
  • We do not scrape a competitor API

Stays land as confirmed with a staff note that payment was recorded elsewhere. You still take new cards on Stripe Connect when you are ready.
