Pricing questions
- Is the trial the full product?
- Yes. 14 days, no card, unlimited kennels on that location. Then $39/month or $390/year.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from Plan and billing. There is no cancellation fee. You keep access until the period ends.
- Do you sell SMS?
- Stay texts (running late, ready for pickup) use the Twilio account you connect. We do not meter SMS as a Petuler add-on.
- Is Switch extra?
- No. The wizard is included. Paid hands-on import help is later, not a requirement to start.
