Phone bookings versus a booking page
What a public date-range booking page changes for a small kennel — and what it does not replace.

What a booking page is for
A Petuler booking page lets a guest pick a service and dates, see only kennels or slots that are free, and send a stay request or pay a deposit. That is useful when you already take boarding nights, daycare days, or booked grooms.
It is not a replacement for answering the phone. Regulars, last-minute swaps, and anything that needs a conversation still belong on a call. The page is there so you are not retyping the same dates into a diary after every voicemail.
What stays on the phone
Medical history, special diets, “can you squeeze us in”, and disputes are still conversations. Petuler can store pack notes and an enquiry inbox; it does not run a call centre or SMS campaigns.
If you currently take every stay over the phone, start by publishing the page for new enquiries and keep taking existing customers however you already do.
