Close the booking page or delete yard data

How Petuler handles closing a listing, exporting a JSON copy, and wiping a business so you can delete the account.

Close versus wipe

Closing turns off the public booking page and keeps the dashboard. Wiping deletes stays, rooms, and the business so a primary owner can then delete the account. Type DELETE in capitals to confirm a wipe. Download a JSON export first from Settings or Account.

Account delete cannot finish while a business with stays still exists. That is intentional so you do not lose a yard by accident.

Privacy

Export and wipe are how we support access and erasure for owner data we hold. Guest stay records are part of the kennel until you wipe. Privacy policy pages on petuler.com describe the legal entity and contact for the US, UK, and Canada.
